Counselling

Hampton Knight offers a complete counselling and support service for employees with an alcohol or drug dependency. Should an employee require counselling they would have an initial assessment by one of our associate counsellors who would then recommend the most appropriate treatment programme for that employee.

Initial assessments can be carried out on-site or at local centres, from which a full treatment programme would be agreed with you and the employee and monitored on a regular basis.

A counselling contract would be provided to you by Hampton Knight, which would ensure compliance with the programme.

We can provide either residential or day treatment courses as required.
