Lost Time Injury Management Programme

Where a lost time injury has occurred in the workplace, Hampton Knight would be notified within 24 hours of the accident/incident and provided with a copy of the accident/incident report. Our dedicated Occupational Health Advisors would contact the employee to ascertain the extent of the injuries and case manage the employee back to work if appropriate.

The benefit for your Company is a complete assessment and recording of the injuries sustained by the employee and a speedier return to work. There will also be the benefit in the reduction of Personal Injury claims against the Company.

Attendance Management Programme

By working with you and your HR team though our interactive Occupational Health programme, Hampton Knight would case manage all your sickness absence. This can be from day one of the absence or following an agreed period of absence. An Occupational Health Advisor would carry out a telephone consultation with the employee initially and report the absence to a nominated person in the company. The Human Resources Department will also be able to access real-time sickness absence across the company and weekly reports with updates from Hampton Knight.

The programme not only reduces sickness absence but can quickly pinpoint any potential issues with the sickness and allows for the relevant advice offered to the employee and the company.
