The success of the occupational health programme can only be measured by having a strategy to ensure that the agreed key performance indicators are met.

To help achieve this Hampton Knight has developed a bespoke occupational health software programme which allows us to monitor and adjust the service provided if necessary. The programme allows for the secure storage of all medical records and has online capabilities for health questionnaires and manager referrals. It also has modules for sickness absence and lost time injury monitoring – in total a complete package to support the occupational health team, you the company and your managers and employees.
