An overview of the on-going management of the contract:

• Provide a Service Level Agreement with Key Performance Indicators to ensure we meet your needs
• Provide reports on a regular basis identifying any areas for improvement
• Carry out audits to ensure we are meeting these expectations and adjust the service if necessary
• Work in partnership with you the client, listen to your needs and respond promptly and effectively to any queries you may have
