Case Management and Referrals


It may be necessary for your management or HR staff to refer an individual to our Occupational Health service. This could be for a number of reasons such as sickness absence, fit-for-role assessment, or ill-health retirement.

We have streamlined our referral process so that you can easily refer each person to us using our secure online portal programme or by getting in touch with our knowledgeable head office staff.

The referral can be conducted by our Occupational Health Advisors or a Physician. We offer telephone or face to face referrals, both options are private consultations that provide your employee with accurate and professional advice.

Upon completion of the referral we arrange for a full, written report in a timely manner for you to effectively manage the results with confidence.
